Educational advocacy is support and guidance offered to families to help them understand and navigate school systems, particularly when a student needs additional services or accommodations. At One and All, we help ensure your child receives the support they’re entitled to—whether through an IEP, 504 Plan, or other services—by preparing for meetings, reviewing education plans, and advocating for equitable access to learning.

Yes. We assist families through school discipline processes by helping you understand your rights, prepare for hearings or appeals, and advocate for fair outcomes. For students receiving special education services, we also support families through Manifestation Determination Reviews (MDRs) and ensure disciplinary actions comply with the law.
