About One and All

At One and All, we support families, educators, and organizations with educational advocacy, restorative conflict resolution, and inclusive learning tools. From advocacy and conflict resolution resources to custom lesson plans and training, we’re here to help build stronger, more connected school communities—one conversation at a time.

In addition to advocacy and conflict resolution services, we provide a wide range of resources to support long-term, systemic change. This includes:

  • Customized lesson plans and educational materials to help students build emotional intelligence, practice conflict resolution, and foster inclusive learning environments.

  • Advocacy support for families navigating concerns and equity issues in schools.

  • Consulting and training for schools, nonprofits, and community organizations seeking to create more inclusive, collaborative, and responsive educational spaces.

At One and All, we’re here to uplift voices, resolve challenges with care, and help every learner and leader feel seen, supported, and empowered.

One and All Education Services was founded by mediator, restorative justice facilitator, policy advocate, and educator Bri Sullivan.

Bri began her conflict resolution and advocacy work at the DC State Board of Education, where she helped collaboratively resolve school-based issues related to truancy, bullying, safety, discipline, and special education concerns. Inspired to do more and reach families and educators everywhere, she founded One and All—a practice rooted in equity, communication, and community care. Bri helps individuals and organizations navigate challenges with clarity and compassion, while also supporting capacity building and proactive approaches that strengthen systems and prevent future conflict. Her work centers on building stronger relationships, inclusive learning environments, and lasting solutions.

Her practice and work are dedicated to the memory of her brothers, Brett and Sean, whose lives and losses instilled in her a deep commitment to compassion, justice, and the healing power of community.
