At One and All Education Services, we support students, families, and communities through expert educational advocacy, conflict resolution support, and resources. We understand that navigating the education system or addressing school-based challenges can be overwhelming. That’s why we provide support and resources to ensure students’ rights are upheld and that families have the tools, information, and support they need to advocate for equitable, student-centered outcomes.

As educators and dedicated restorative justice practitioners, we believe that every conflict is an opportunity for growth and that strong educational outcomes are possible when students and families are heard, respected, and included. Our goal is to equip families and educators with tools for effective advocacy, to help resolve conflicts as they arise, build trust, restore relationships, and foster lasting change—one conversation and one solution at a time.
